Plastic anchors are not permitted under construction law, as they lose their tension over time and lose their load-bearing capacity.
Our special steel expansion anchors are approved for pulls of up to 500 kg and are very easy to install.

A 12 mm hole is drilled into the ceiling at least 80 mm deep, then the dowel is hammered into the hole. Tighten the stainless steel eyebolt e.g. with a screwdriver.

If the eye on the ceiling bothers you later: The expansion anchor remains in the hole once it has canted, but the eyebolt can be easily removed from the hole and screwed in again.

Tip: painted with white matte paint, the eyes on the ceiling are hardly noticeable ...
